We developed a workshop on welfare to work strategies for TANF (welfare) recipients from diverse backgrounds for ICF International for a training session for Maryland state government welfare to work providers, based on a reputation as the go-to source for evidence based strategies that worked on the ground.  This highly regarded workshop was tailored specifically for this audience, drawing on  research on welfare to work and years as a welfare to work provider.
